Sirvent Tarragona is a family company founded in 1860 and with a long history. Currently Fernando Sirvent López (the fifth generation of the family) with his mother and the rest of the family, manages the company and supervises the correct operation of the different sections.
The company is divided into two areas: The production branch and the commercial structure. General management, administration and finance is in the head office (in Riuclar industrial estate).
Production, headed by its manager, has a bakery next to the offices in the Riuclar industrial estate, where all Sirvent’s summer products are made and handled. It is principally the place where the different ice creams and iced drinks as well as the tiger nut milk is made, while nougat is made in the factory in Xixona (the same as when it started). Thus, the Riuclar bakery is in turn a logistical centre for distribution of our products.
The commercial structure manages the different sales outlets in the city. Sirvent has 6 establishments in the city of Tarragona:
